Traffic Incident Manager
On-Call • Local / Regional
- Oversee day-to-day TrafficServ operations
- Supervise and support dispatchers and field operators
- Ensure response standards, safety protocols, and reporting accuracy
- Coordinate with partner agencies and TrafficServ leadership
- Address operational issues and escalate as needed
Traffic Incident Responder
8Hr Shifts • Local / Regional
- Respond to traffic crash scenes in a timely manner
- Manage on-scene traffic control and scene safety
- Document crashes and complete accident reports
- Coordinate with dispatch, law enforcement, and emergency services
- Assist motorists and facilitate scene clearance
Traffic Incident Dispatcher
8Hr Shift • Indoors • Local / Regional
- Receive and prioritize traffic accident calls and alerts
- Dispatch TrafficServ field teams efficiently
- Maintain communication with operators and supervisors
- Coordinate with law enforcement and partner agencies
- Monitor incidents through resolution
